I am Kurt Fuchsenthaler and this is my story:
- For more than 30 years I have been working as an engineer in and with companies around the world and experience on a daily basis how leaders and teams interact successfully - and how they do not.
- Team success occurs when there is a high quality of relationships between the people in the team. In addition, leaders achieve lasting top results when they create a work environment that enables people to grow with meaning and joy. That is where my passion is.
- Since recovering after an accident in 2010, from which I barely escaped a quadriplegia, I have been consistently honing my knowledge and skills in the field of personal development and coaching from world-leading trainers - I thus have gained effective strategies to identify opportunities and grow even during extreme crisis situations.
- Since 2015, I have been supporting events of the world's leading peak-performance, life and business strategist Tony Robbins, often events with more than 5,000 participants. At every event I lead a new international team to peak performance within a couple of days. And I also can help you to create strategies for success, that really work for you. And more importantly, implement them effectively.
Today I work as a Global Product Manager for a growing international company, which I joined when I was 58. And as an independent Leadership Mastery Trainer & Coach, I help selected clients improve their success.
What really differentiates me from most other executive coaches & trainers is my unique perspective from the field. As an engineer, I have experienced the challenges of leaders and teams first-hand over decades and understand the realities of the day-to-day work environment.
