- For more than 25 years, working as an engineer in international companies, I often witnessed the conditions when superiors and teams cooperate productively and when they don't.
- Team success occurs when there is a high quality of relationships between the people in the team. In addition, leaders achieve lasting top results when they create a work environment that enables people to experience meaning and joy and are able to grow. That is where my passion is.
- My personal story is characterized by change and related professional and personal challenges - as a result, I have developed effective strategies for recognizing opportunities and growing in times of crisis.
- Since 2013, I have been growing intensely in the Inner Circle of the world's leading peak-performance, life and business strategist Tony Robbins. After participating many live events, I have processed the information and methods in a way that also German-English language Corporates can apply them effectively.
- I work with leaders and experts who truly choose to change and really want to step up and grow.
My story:
After my apprenticeship as a printer and graduating from university, for more than 25 years I worked as an engineer for leading corporations of the printing industry.
I helped organizations getting even more successful - by technical consulting, seminars and application trainings in Europe, North and South America, Japan, China and Australia.
In the process, I have also witnessed over and over again how relationships between people in companies all over the world impact their performance - both positively and negatively. And the enormous damage companies can suffer as a result of emotional deadlock.
Since recovering from an accident that barely left me a paraplegic, I have been consistently improving my knowledge and skills in personal development and coaching from world-leading trainers.
As next step I decided to actively share my experience and since 2019 I support executives and experts as an independent business & life coach, trainer and consultant.
